Social Sailing - Intermediate Dinghy Provisional

Intermediate Dinghy Social Sail most Tuesday Evenings in the summer 530-830pm. PLACES MUST BE PRE BOOKED

A safe, supportive, intermediate level on water environment for sailors who hold RYA dinghy qualifications but have limited practical experience.

The sessions are designed to bridge the gap between introductory sailing and independent sailing. An opportunity to put your course training into practice, with a Dinghy Instructor in a safety RIB for advice and guidance.

It is a club facilitated safe space sailing opportunity designed to build confidence, skills and participation. This is not an RYA course.

IMPORTANT Additional Participation Notes for Social Sailing

1. To book a place you must be an IOMYC Member, qualified to Youth RYA Stage 4 or Adult RYA Stage 2 minimum and be at least 12 years of age
2. Bookings for Under 18s If you are under 18, your place must be booked by your parent or guardian
3. If you need to hire a Club Dinghy (£10 donation per session) please contact Teddy Dunn on 07624 218571 to discuss options PRIOR to the session
4. Participation at Your Own Risk By booking a place, you confirm that you understand this is an independent social sailing opportunity. The Isle of Man Yacht Club is providing support only; all participants sail entirely at their own risk
