Hire Information
Catering - If you do not have a favoured caterer, we can put you in touch with a number of outside caterers who other hirers and ourselves have used previously, likewise we can put you in contact with those who may be available to help with waiting/clearing duties if you need them. We have a kitchen that can be made available, but it is worth asking your chosen caterers to visit to see what is available for them.
Music - You are welcome organise for live music or a DJ; likewise, we would be happy to share the details of a DJ and band that we have experience of, otherwise we do have a commercial quality albeit basic PA system, comprising amplifier, two speakers and a microphone, which you can plug your own music player/source into that if required, or indeed supply your own system.
Bar If you intend to consume alcohol, we will need to apply for a licence from the court for your event, for this we will need to know what hours you would like the bar available for, maximum number of attendees and whether there will be under 18's attending.
Please give us at least one month's notice if you wish to hire the Yacht Club.
