The Kerroo Brewery Tasting Takeover

The IOMYC Social Committee present an evening of locally brewed beer tasting with Port Erin's Kerroo Brewery on Friday 17th October @ 7pm.

The brewing company launched in March 2024 in the old Commissioners building in Port Erin. Their Wavesweeper stout won Manx Menu Product of the Year 2025, and they are a finalist for Best Independent Brewery at the 2025 SIBA Business Awards. They have also been shortlisted for Entrepreneur of the Year at the Women in Beer UK 2025 Awards, and for New Brewery of the Year at the 2025 Brewers Choice Awards. Kerroo Brewing is also the shirt sponsor for the newly reformed Rushen United Women's team.

You can buy two of their beers at the Yacht Club during opening hours - Bitter & Hey Boy (a hazy pale ale) - but come try their other offerings at this free event. This event is not open to the public, but feel free to bring guests - just don't forget to sign them in!
